THE PERFECT PAIRING

Our Restó

If there is one thing in the world that should never be missing alongside a glass of wine, when midday arrives and the sun begins to warm the Mendoza soil, it is a good meal.

With its doors open since 2011, La Azul’s Restó has become an essential part of our winery: a place to enjoy the finest Argentine beef, taste the different wines we produce and, of course, sit back for a while and admire the Cordón del Plata.

Our Story

A Short Story of Our Winery

La Azul is a small winery located at the foot of the imposing Cordón del Plata, part of the Andes Mountains, in the Uco Valley, the heart of the province of Mendoza.

For generations, ever since Francisco Hinojosa arrived on this land more than 60 years ago, we have cultivated grapes to produce high-quality wines. But it was not until this century that the dream shared by all those generations became a reality. In 2003, Bodega La Azul was born.

This is our story. Our passion is growing grapes, making wine and, of course, drinking it, enjoying it and giving it the place it deserves: celebration.

I set down my glass of wine and let it rest among the flowers. Even though there is no one here, I already feel accompanied.
