Our Restó
At the restó, we serve criollo cuisine: the kind of food we inherited from our native and Mediterranean ancestors. To these traditional dishes, enjoyed for years by the people of the Uco Valley, we add our own experience and personal taste. Pickled specialties, empanadas, asado and our special braised pork shoulder are some of the dishes we usually serve.
Just as we were born here, La Azul’s cooks, and the people who will welcome you when you arrive at the restó, were also born in the valley or have chosen to live among us. We are a team of locals, full of hope and dedication, committed to making the best food, sharing the fruits of our land and, above all, giving you the best possible moment: welcoming you into our home.

Menu and Events
We offer a multi-course menu paired with wines from the different lines of our winery. Should you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know when making your reservation. We will be happy to prepare a special menu for you, featuring the flavors that define us.
You can also request wine tastings and winery tours through the restó. We open our doors so you can see and taste the different stages of our winemaking process.
Special events are often held at our restaurant, ranging from local tea tastings, strongly inspired by our rich native flora and fauna, to folk music gatherings, as well as private events, weddings and more. Because of this, and due to the number of visitors we are lucky to welcome to the Uco Valley — renowned for its excellent terroir — we kindly ask you to contact us to make a reservation, whether for lunch or for a wine tasting.
